Meet your coach: Laura Ainscough
Laura's background in Psychology and Business, combined with her experience as an expat living in and working in all four corners of the globe, makes her one-of-a-kind in terms of professional and personal depth.
Her well-rounded exposure to life situations and people make her an adaptable and responsive coach - someone who takes nothing and no-one for granted.
Laura states "We need both facts and creativity to untangle stuckness. That is why a different set of eyes and questions can unlock new paths in our thinking. "
Her work with a body of over 60,000 employees in government, NGO's and the private sector has shown her how dilemnas affect both the big picture and simple everyday dreams - whether you are a Director of big pharma firm or a community busdriver.

My approach
I see coaching as a natural part of our personal evolution.
Many of us formulate new ideas when we speak.
We discover things we didn't know we thought or felt when we hear ourselves speaking.
The key however is having a listening (and speaking) partner who is dedicated to that mission.
It takes skill to not let your own opinions or ideas enter the framework. And that is why a focused conversation with a psychologist, or life coach, is different to the kind of discussion we might have with friends, family or partner.
Their closeness to us, or investment in a specific outcome, can sometimes compound our stuckness - rather than free it up.
My committment is to stay with you, in service of your best self, so we can shine light on the path ahead.
Your True North is our compass.
